Marilyn Adams has been involved in the ministry with her husband since the church was founded. She came on staff with the church in 1998 as Co-Pastor , after retiring from a career with the insurance industry.

Sharon Doswell has been a member of New Freedom Church since 2000 and joined the staff as Children's Minister in 2002. Sharon is experienced in children's ministry through several years of working with well known and impacting ministers. Sharon is married to Durwood Dosewll, who is a deacon at New Freedom Church.

Loran

Loran has been a member of New Freedom Church since 1995 and on staff since 2003 after graduating from Christ For the Nations Institute with degrees in Practical Theology and Pastoral Ministry. He spent five years as the youth pastor of U-Turn Youth Ministries and now is the Edison Campus Pastor. He has been married to Pam Richardson since early 2008.

Cindy Hand has been a member of New Freedom Church since it started in 1982 and as the pastor's daughter has become an accomplished pianist involved in the music ministry. She took over as Praise and Worship Minister in early 2004. Cindy is a Registered Nurse and has a degree in Ministry from Brownsville Revival School of Ministry. She is married to Kyle Hand.
